To the full extent permissible by applicable law, keen I, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Keen I, LLC does not warrant that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Shipping terms and Refund Policy
Orders ship within 48 business hours and will ship ground delivery unless one of the express delivery options is selected during checkout.
Monkey Mat wants to make sure you and your monkeys are happy with our product. Monkey Mat will refund or replace any unused, unwashed product still in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase, but will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions. Monkey Mat returns must have transaction number and request an RMA form at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Monkey Mat will not take returns purchased from a local retailer. Customer must return the product to the retailer shown on the sales receipt.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Monkey Mat highly recommends the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
